Meet Amy Grulke, M.S., CCC-SLP
Founder and CEO of Arbor Therapy
Amy Grulke is a speech-language pathologist and the founder and CEO of Arbor Therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science in 2006 and her Master of Science in Communication Disorders in 2008, both from Arizona State University.
Amy began her career in 2007, gaining experience in a variety of settings, including schools, home health, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals. Her work took her from pediatrics to adult and geriatric care before eventually bringing her back to working with children.
A Different Kind of Therapy Practice
After years of working as both an employee and contractor, Amy believed there could be a different way to provide therapy. In 2017, she founded Arbor Therapy with the goal of creating a comfortable, supportive environment for clients, families, and therapists. What began as a small side venture continued to grow into the multidisciplinary practice Arbor Therapy is today.
Amy believes therapists do their best work when they have the support and freedom to focus on their clients. That philosophy continues to shape Arbor Therapy’s approach to individualized care, collaboration, and community involvement.
