Refer a Client to Arbor Therapy
We work to make the referral process straightforward for providers and clients. Arbor Therapy requires a referral on file before beginning services, and our team can reach out to obtain one when needed. Clients can also request the referral directly from their primary care provider, which can help move the process along more quickly.
Once we have the necessary referral, health and developmental information, and insurance authorization, we can schedule the appropriate evaluation and help the client take the next step toward services.
