Build a Career Where You’re Supported to Do Your Best Work
At Arbor Therapy, we want our therapists to have the time, resources, and support to focus on what they do best: providing great care. We’ve built a multidisciplinary practice where clinicians can collaborate, continue growing, and build meaningful relationships with the clients they serve.
With four therapy clinics across Chandler, Glendale, and Mesa, we’re growing—and we’re looking for energetic, compassionate people to grow with us.
Join Our Mission
Arbor Therapy’s mission is to provide exceptional, compassionate, and evidence-based therapy services to children and families. We are dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential by addressing their unique needs and strengths. Our goal is to empower children to thrive in all areas of their lives, including academics, social interactions, and daily activities. We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported on their journey to success.
If that sounds like the kind of work you want to be part of, we’d love to meet you.
A Collaborative, Individualized Approach to Therapy
Our therapists provide individualized, family-centered care based on each client’s needs and goals. Treatment is often play-based, giving clients opportunities to practice meaningful skills through activities that keep them engaged.
Because speech, occupational, physical, and feeding therapy and AAC services are available within one practice, our clinicians also have opportunities to collaborate across disciplines. This means our therapists can share ideas, learn from one another, and coordinate care when clients receive support from more than one type of therapy.
Find Your Place at Arbor Therapy
We’re always interested in connecting with dedicated therapy professionals, including:
- Speech-Language Pathologists
- Occupational Therapists
- Physical Therapists
Administrative opportunities are also available from time to time. Because our hiring needs change, visit our current job listings to see which positions are available now.
Therapy Spaces Designed to Support Your Best Work
Our clinics were designed around the different ways clients learn, move, play, communicate, and practice everyday skills. Rather than relying on one type of treatment space, our therapists have access to private treatment rooms, sensory gyms, feeding kitchens, social rooms, and dedicated movement spaces. This gives clinicians the flexibility to choose an environment that fits the individual client and what they’re working on that day.
Our feeding kitchens include features such as refrigerators, stoves, and tables so therapists can work on food preparation and mealtime skills in a practical setting. Clinics also include equipment and spaces for practicing everyday activities, including washers and dryers, parallel bars, and practice stairs.
For therapists, that means having more options to create individualized sessions instead of trying to adapt every client and every goal to the same treatment environment.

Meet Amy Grulke, M.S., CCC-SLP
Arbor Therapy was founded by speech-language pathologist Amy Grulke in 2017. After working in schools, home health, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals, Amy wanted to create a different kind of therapy practice, one where both clients and therapists could feel comfortable and supported.
That philosophy still shapes Arbor Therapy today. Amy wants team members to have the environment and support they need to do their best work while growing alongside the practice.
A Letter from Our CEO
I began my career in this field as a direct care provider for Speech Therapy, and once I discovered that passion, I never looked back.
I felt that I could do more for my community and noticed a great need for therapy services. That is when I decided to open Arbor Therapy in 2017. It was a small clinic only offering Speech Therapy. As Arbor grew, we branched out and added Occupational, Physical, and Feeding Therapy.
Arbor Therapy’s success and growth is due to all the hard-working professionals and dedicated staff who share my vision to give back by providing best practices for each and every client we work with.
Every community deserves to have an organization whose sole focus is to meet the needs of the children, youth, teens, and adults living with developmental disabilities or who are struggling and requiring therapeutic interventions.
Due to the success of our therapy team and the proven results, we now have four Outpatient clinics and offer home health and telehealth services. In addition to our therapy team providing excellence in service, I continually consider how we can increase our reach to the community in order to improve the lives of children and families in our community.
My mission is to help as many families as possible while simultaneously building an organization with a culture that is inclusive, innovative, inspirational and a lot of fun!
Thank you for considering Arbor Therapy as a future home for your career.

A Culture Where People Help Each Other
Support at Arbor Therapy isn’t limited to supervisors or management. Team members across roles help one another, collaborate around client needs, and step in when a coworker could use an extra hand.
We also believe people should enjoy where they work. Each clinic has a culture committee that helps plan activities for the team, including dinners, lunches, trivia nights, pottery painting, baseball games, and other events inside and outside the clinics.
We work hard, but we make room to have some fun together, too!
Our Core Values
Our values guide how we serve our clients, work together, and continue building Arbor Therapy:

Grow Your Career with Arbor Therapy
We want our team members to have opportunities to keep learning, take on new challenges, and grow alongside Arbor Therapy.
Clinical and administrative employees receive up to $300 each year toward continuing education or additional education. As Arbor Therapy continues to grow throughout Arizona, team members can also pursue opportunities to advance into new positions and leadership roles within the practice.
Several members of our team have already grown into new roles during their time at Arbor Therapy:
Maria Arias-Esparza
Started as a Receptionist at our Glendale clinic, became an Intake Coordinator at Dobson North, and later served as Practice Manager at Alma School before moving into the Practice Manager role at Mesa.
Gia Hoegh
Advanced from Intake Coordinator to Intake Department Supervisor, then Practice Manager at Alma School, Revenue Cycle Manager, and Director of Operations.
Karla Vargas
