Eureka, the practice manager, has worked with me directly, assisting with scheduling and potential insurance concerns. Instead of taking a forceful, procedural approach and mandate… she was very tentative to our needs and was able to create a plan that worked for us.
Again… you could tell…. it was all about finding the best outcome for my wife and I… not just what the clinic required due to insurance guidelines.
Thank you Arbor, Michelle and Eureka… you have made this part of my life easy at a time when it is “not so easy”….

“I can’t say enough kind things about Arbor therapy! They are wonderful and we’ve noticed so many improvements with our son. They also have flexible hours for working parents (our appointments are after 5pm and on the weekend so we don’t have to skip work.) We had an issue with our insurance that they only wanted to pay 20 sessions a year. Arbor let us know weeks in advance so we were not surprised with a big bill. Despite insurance saying we couldn’t appeal, the office filed an appeal anyway and the insurance decided to pay. Many offices wouldn’t go above and beyond to help like that. We are so impressed by Arbor and happy our son goes there”

“My son began attending occupational therapy with Miss Hannah around the time the Mesa location opened. He loves their gym area that has a ball pit, monkey bars, trampoline, slide, steps, nook with lights below, and wide swing. He’s recently been in the sensory room more. There’s a sensory swing, balancing step, dimmable room to use the visual lights, a machine that vibrates which is very popular with my son’s back.
Miss Hannah is constantly collecting data (sometimes things don’t work and so she adapts the activity to engage) and teaching me so much about my son. She is very patient with my technical questions (this skill relates to prewriting which builds on type things) and receptive to his moods (not doing a preferred activity so she uses First > Then in a way that applies to his needs). We are very grateful for her and the facility. Some things require professional help and these professionals cater to your child’s needs and collaborate with parent(s) well.”

“I am a teacher who was diagnosed with lymphoma which affected my brain and my central nervous system. I was determined to get back to teaching but needed help with tracking reading and memory and visual discrimination among other things. The staff (both the front office and the therapists) has been nothing but kind, supportive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very prompt when it comes to reaching when things need to get done, when there’s a schedule change and prompt in getting back to us when we need help or have questions. Right now, my boys see Ms. Hannah and Ms. Hayley and my boys love working with them and are actually excited to go in for their therapy sessions.
